What we collect through the request form

Your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, travel dates, number of guests and your message, plus the services you picked.

Purpose: to answer your request and arrange it with the partners. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before an arrangement.

We share your details only with the partner involved in each service, and only after you confirm the plan with us.

Processors and recipients

Vercel Inc. — website hosting. USA; transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Supabase — database for requests, hosted in the EU (Frankfurt).
WhatsApp / Meta — only if you write to us on WhatsApp; WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies.
Google Maps — only after you allow external media.
Open-Meteo — live wind and sea data. Your browser requests it directly; no cookies.
Unsplash, Pexels and the kite school’s website — photos. Your browser loads them directly, which shares your IP address.
Google Fonts — the typefaces on this site. Your browser loads them from Google, which shares your IP address.
Trip assistant (chat): runs on our own server; no third-party AI service receives your messages. Messages stay in your browser for this visit and are stored only if you send a request. Questions the assistant could not answer are stored without contact details (emails, phone numbers and names are removed) for up to 90 days, only to improve its answers.

Storage on your device

We use no analytics or advertising cookies. These localStorage entries are necessary for the site to work and stay until you clear them in your browser.

How long we keep requests

We delete requests 24 months after your trip, or earlier if you ask.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, and you can withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
